As suggested by Michael Reagan, when all of the Chinese refugees have been released from the Lerdo Detention Facility, a big party will be planned to celebrate their freedom.

The idea began on October 3, when Tim Palmquist was a guest on Michael Reagan's nationwide talk show. Palmquist was announcing the new legislation granting asylum to victims of forced abortion and forced sterilization.

Reagan said, "Tim, I want you to promise me that when they are released, you will have a big party, and I want you to call me when this happens, because I will be there!"
