On Saturday 5/12, there was one save. "Thelma" stopped to talk with me as
she was leaving the mill. She said that she "just couldn't go through with
it". And then she said: "I should have never taken your pamphlet," implying
that she was influenced by the literature that I handed to her as she was on
her way into the mill. Thelma was tempted to abort because the father of the
baby is pressuring her to do so. He has even accused Thelma of wanting to
have a baby just to get money out of him.
