The jury will decide in the next
few days what will happen to Pendergraft and Spielvogel. Everything else is
done.
They finished closing arguments yesterday. It seems like the
prosecuter proved his case, but you can never tell. It is a twelve member jury
and if one is a pro-abort, then it could be all over.
I am concerned with
possible jury tampering, but I could not prove it. Our court viewers thought
they saw a wink and nod by one of the jury toward a pro-abort in the
courtroom. But who knows, our people inside are very relilable.
We had a
save Saturday. The woman had been to our center and still wanted to have an
abortion. Our sidewalk counselor, Lois, told her of all the awful things that
could happen to her and the woman gave Lois a big hug and promised not to
have the abortion and left.
