Greetings in the Name of Jesus! Pendergraft was found guilty on
all three counts. His real estate advisor was found guilty on all five
counts. Pendergraft could face 30 years in jail and a $750,000 fine,
Spielvogel could get 40 years and a $1,250,000 fine. They plan on an appeal
soon.
The judge will set sentencing in about three weeks.
Pendergraft says he will keep his five abortion mills open even if he
goes to jail. We will see. It really doesn't make much difference to us,
we
are going to be at the mill somewhere anyway and we have good access to the
women here and a very large group of baby savers.
Love for Life,
Rev. Ed Martin
